In the third set, Milan, who continued to score mainly from OP Regels, led 16-14 until the middle of the match, but Innsbruck turned the game around in the final stages and took the set point at 22-24. However, immediately afterwards, Milan took a side out with a spike from OH Otsuka, and OH Ruati, who came in on the next serve, succeeded in two consecutive breaks with a service ace, making the match point at 25-24. In the end, OH Kronthaler, who had been supporting Innsbruck's points in this set, made an error in his attack, and Milan, who also won the set at 26-24, won 3-0.
Otsuka contributed to the team's victory with 14 points, the second highest on the team. His spikes were not only strong from the front but also made a strong impact in the pipe attack. He showed his sharp spikes in the weekend's Italian League match against Taranto, and in this match he also made many powerful spikes. He also contributed greatly to the defense, with two block points, the highest on the team, and a success rate of 731 TP3T with no points lost, showing outstanding stability in his serve reception.
However, if I were to be greedy, I would like to improve the effectiveness of my spikes when playing against inferior teams like this one, and I would like to serve in a way that puts more pressure on the opponents.
OH Ruati was amazing when he appeared in the third set and took three breaks with his serve. S Pollo was also scary with four aces despite his cute face.
However, I think this match was a good evaluation material for Otsuka to secure a starting position in the Italian league and in matches against strong teams. I hope he continues to do his best.
It's also important that they won this match 3-0. If they continue to play well, Milan will be able to qualify, but if they can get a better result, their opponents in the tournament will change.
