He is the captain and regular setter of the Italian national team, well known in Japan. He delivers sets with great range from a high setup position. Although he is a setter, he has high scoring ability, and is aggressive in his serves, blocks, and attacks (he sometimes even does back attacks lol). In the quarterfinals of the Paris Olympics against Japan, his service ace led Italy to a major comeback victory. Just as he was with the Italian national team, there is no doubt that he is the soul of the team at Perugia.

Position: Opposite
A strong-armed southpaw from Cuba who scores a lot with his powerful spikes and serves that are fired from his left arm. He is unstoppable when he gets going, but he also makes many mistakes and the stability of his play is an issue. He would definitely be a starter on other teams, but at Perugia he is basically a backup for Ventara.
#8 Agustin Rosell

Position: Middle blocker
He is the number one midfielder who came to Perugia from Milan this season along with Yuki Ishikawa. Although he is not very tall, he is highly athletic and has a great sense of volleyball, allowing him to attack, block, serve and score a lot of points. His slide attack, in which he jumps diagonally, is a work of art. In addition, contrary to his baby-faced appearance, he gets excited easily during games and often receives yellow cards.

An opposite who can reach a maximum height of 370cm and scores a lot of points with his powerful spikes and serves. He is undoubtedly one of the best players in the world. With a Tunisian father and a Polish mother, he represented Tunisia at the Tokyo Olympics. He is also fluent in Arabic, Polish, French, English, and Italian. He was a teammate of Miyaura Kento in the Polish league, and was a wall that Miyaura could not overcome.

Position: Middle blocker
A veteran middle blocker who was formerly a member of the Argentina national team. He won the bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics, playing opposite Rosell. Although he is medium-sized at 200cm, his strengths are his mobility and his wide quick kicks, which he throws by leaning his body far. He has now acquired Italian citizenship, and is able to play an active role in matches regardless of the foreign player quota. He saves the team from trouble as the third-string middle blocker.
