Comments from Coach Kento Hayashi
I think the main reason we lost was that our attacks didn't go in at all and we couldn't improve the effectiveness of our attacks. Another big reason we lost was that our playing area was very low. We always set from under the net, so we could see from there and react and block. On the other hand, the opposing setter, Vołosz, handled the ball at a high position, always had the middle shot, and also went to the side, so I think the difference in playing area was very evident.
Comments from Isabella Haake (OP, Conegliano)

In the beginning of the first set, both teams were competing with a lot of energy, but after that we were able to put pressure on them with our serves and play good defense, so I'm very happy that we were able to play such a match.
Matches against Chieri have always been tough. They have many strong players and are a team with very good block defense. Therefore, we were not complacent and went into this match expecting it to be a tough match. This attitude helped us to stay focused and led to the result.
