Post-match interview with Yuto Kai
T: How do you feel looking back on the match?
Kai: I served in the first set, and I think it went well because I was able to attack well there.
T: How was it actually playing at Paris Volleyball?
Kai: There are things you can't experience in Japan, and the blocks are so high, so it's a lot of fun playing volleyball.
T: I think a lot of fans were surprised because the announcement of your transfer to Paris came right after the interview in which you said you didn't want to go abroad. What kind of change of heart did you experience?
Kai: We had a lot of discussions, and I thought that if I wanted to aim for the Paris Olympics, it would be important to challenge myself overseas, so that's when I made my decision.
T: What are your goals for this season?
Kai: First of all, there are many areas where our defense is unstable, so I would like to work hard to stabilize that area.
