The results of the third place match of the 2025 Men's Volleyball World Championships are as follows:
3rd Place Match
Poland - Czech Republic
3-1 (25-18, 23-25, 25-22, 25-21)
In the first set, the match started closely, but Poland took the lead 13-7 in the middle thanks to an attack from OH Leon and a service ace from OH Semeniuk. Poland then extended their lead to 21-13 thanks to an attack from OH Leon and a service ace from MB Kochanowski, and finally took the lead 25-18 due to a Czech Republic serve error.

In the second set, Poland took an early lead of 6-1 thanks to a service ace from OP Sasak, and continued to score with attacks from OH Leon to maintain their lead at 14-9. However, Poland made a series of mistakes, allowing the Czech Republic to narrow the gap, and then a block from OH Rycek and a service ace from OP Chotra, both of whom came on as substitutes, put the Czech Republic back in front at 19-21. OH Vasina then scored a final attack to give the Czech Republic a 23-25 lead.

In the third set, Poland brought on OH Fornal and MB Jakubishak from the start. OH Fornal brought stability to their serve receive, and MB Jakubishak then made quick hits to put Poland ahead 7-4. Poland continued to score points and maintain their lead, but an attack from OH Wasina in the final minutes allowed the Czech Republic to tie the score at 20-20. However, the Czech Republic made many serve errors and was unable to seize break chances, and Poland followed up with blocks from MB Jakubishak and attacks from OH Leon to take the set 25-22.

In the fourth set, Poland's attack mistakes put the Czech Republic ahead 4-6 early on. However, with MB Kochanowski's serve, OH Fornal's block and a Czech attack mistake, Poland scored consecutive points to quickly turn the game around and take an 11-7 lead. After that, they trailed by as many as five points at 15-10, but with MB Klimes' block and other efforts, the Czech Republic narrowed the gap to 19-17. Nevertheless, Poland continued to score points with attacks from OH Leon and other efforts, and finally, with a Czech attack mistake, Poland made it 25-21 and took the set, winning 3-1.
As a result, Poland won the bronze medal, marking their fourth consecutive medal win since the 2014 tournament.
