In the first round of the second half of the Italian Men's Volleyball League, Milan, where Ishikawa Yuki plays, played against Modena on Saturday, December 30th (local time) and won 3-0 (27-25, 25-17, 25-18). Ishikawa Yuki started and contributed to the victory with 16 points.

Match Report
In the first set, Milan scored points mainly from OP Regels to make it 4-3, but Modena took the lead 7-10 with service aces from MB Sangnetti and OP Saposchkov. However, Milan turned the game around with spikes from OH Kaziyski to make it 14-13, and then widened the gap to 17-15 with blocks from S Pollo. In the final stages, Modena tied the score at 23-23 with a service ace from OH Juantorena, and the game went into deuce, but in the end, OH Kaziyski scored a spike from OH Ishikawa's serve to take the set 27-25.
In the second set, Milano took the lead at 5-2 thanks to a block by OH Ishikawa. Modena tied the score at 8-8 with a block by OH Daviskiba, but Modena made a series of mistakes and Milano took the lead again at 14-11. Milano then widened the gap to 19-13 with a spike by OP Regels. Milano also scored consecutive breaks from OH Ishikawa's serve in the final stages, and finally Milano took the set with a spike by MB Rosell at 25-17.
In the third set, Modena led 4-6 with spikes from OH Daviskiba. However, Milano managed to turn the game around with a 10-7 lead thanks to a service ace from OP Regels and a block from MB Piano, and then OH Ishikawa's spike widened the gap to 13-8. Milano then extended their lead to 19-11 with four consecutive breaks, including three consecutive service aces from OH Ishikawa. Modena narrowed the gap to 21-16 with a service ace from MB Sangnetti, but a final serve error made it 25-18, and Milano took the set.
With this result, Milan won against Modena 3-0.
