On the fifth day of the second week of the Volleyball Nations League, Japan played against Argentina, winning 3-2 (25-18, 25-22, 31-33, 22-25, 15-12). After the match, Argentina's Agustin Rosell commented:
-How was the match against Japan?
Rosell: It was a very fun but difficult match. They played amazing. They didn't let us do anything in the first set. After that we got better and they made some mistakes and we got the chance. It was a really great match. We couldn't get the tiebreak but we fought through the match so I'm happy.
-How was your match against Ishikawa? You got a service ace and a block from him.
Rosell: Yes. We laughed on the court after the block (laughs). It's always fun meeting Yuuki. We both enjoyed the match. I wish him the best of luck in the remaining matches.
