Match Report
In the first set, Nisa scored consecutive points from the beginning with a spike from OP Ventala and a service ace from OH Gerjot to take a 4-2 lead, and continued to score side outs with the attacks of these two players.
Bielsko-Biala also scored points mainly through spikes from OP Haynes, but in the middle of the match Nisa added more breaks with a block from OP Ventala and a service ace from OH Kwasovski to extend her lead to 19-13.
From there, Bielsko-Biala made a rapid comeback with a service ace from OP Haynes and a block from S Dosanjh, closing the gap to just one point at 24-23, but in the end, OH Formela made an attack error and Nysza took the set 25-23.
In the early stages of the second set, Bielsko-Biala took the lead at 3-5 with attacks and service aces from OH Puczkowski, but Nisa quickly turned the game around to 6-5 with consecutive points from attacks and serves from OP Ventala.
From there, both opposites traded points, and the score remained close at 16-14 until the middle of the game.
However, when OP Miyaura was brought in as a relief server, he broke the opposing receivers one after another with his sharp and powerful serves, and with eight consecutive breaks including one service ace, Nisa quickly grabbed the set point at 24-15.
After that, there was a regrettable serve error, but in the end, OH Formela's serve error meant that Nisa went on to take the set 25-15.
In the third set, OH Kwasovski scored one after another with pipe attacks and blocks, giving Nisa a good start to the set, leading 4-1. Nisa then successfully broke the lead with a spike from OH Gerjot and a block from MB Zerba, widening their lead to 12-6.
Bielsko-Biala then narrowed the gap to 13-10 with a service ace from MB Shek, but then they continued to score with attacks and serves from OP Bentala, blocks from MB Jankowski, and blocks from substitute OH El Graoui (Morocco), to make it 23-14.
In the end, OH Kwasovski's spike invited the opponent to touch the net, and Nisa won the set 25-17 and won 3-0.
MVP: OP Wasim Bentala (23 points (2 serves, 1 block), attack success rate 691 TP 3T)
Miyaura contributed to his team's victory by serving for one point and making eight consecutive breaks.
With this, Nisa has risen back to 8th place with a total of 13 wins, 12 losses and 40 points.
Their next match will be against 14th-placed Lviv at home on Friday, February 24th at 8:30pm local time (4:30am Japan time).
Thoughts on the match etc.
Miyaura's serve was amazing!!!
Although they only had one service ace, the remaining seven breaks were either aces or serves that really threw their opponents off balance, and even though they were a lower-ranked team, it was truly impressive that they were able to hit so many good serves in a row!!
In fact, it was so amazing that I started laughing halfway through (lol).
In particular, the serve that got the ace had an incredible curve.

And after he made the decision, Gerjot and Ventala both lifted him up lol.
The serve for the 24th point was also at 121 kilometers per hour, it was amazing.
I don't think he has ever served that many times in a row in an official match!
I think that if there had been one more rotation in the third set, he would have come on to replace Zerba, but he easily took the set before that happened.
Anyway, I think my serving performance was definitely my best this season.
I hope she won't forget this feeling and will serve with confidence in the next match!!
However, although the score difference in the first set was not that great, we were able to win the match without much trouble, partly because the opponent's serve was not strong.
The Bielsko-Biala players didn't seem to be particularly motivated, and from what I saw on video, the coach was the one who was most fired up.
Bielsko-Biala is currently in last place and is a prime candidate for relegation. There is also a lot of turnover in the team's players, with the starting setter having already transferred to other clubs twice, and both of the outside players who were in the starting lineup the last time they played against Nysa have also transferred to other clubs, making the team in a difficult situation in many ways.
However, although Nisa finished last in the regular season last year, they won the relegation match and have grown to the point where they can compete for a playoff spot this season, so I hope they can do their best again.
Next week's opponent, Lviv, is the team with whom Miyaura had a bitter experience last time, when he was in the starting lineup for the first time.
I don't know if he'll be in the starting lineup again, but I can't help but get excited.
I'm looking forward to it.
