In the 9th round of the Polish Men's Volleyball League (Przlyga), Nysza, which is in 4th place and includes Miyaura Kento, played against 3rd place Zawiercie at home on Sunday, November 13th (local time) and lost 0-3 (14-25, 22-25, 16-25).
After the match, we asked Zabierce's Kovacevic (OH, Serbia), who won the MVP award, for his comments.
--How do you feel looking back on today's game?
Kovacevic: Today's match was easier than we expected. Nisa has many young and talented players and they showed their strength in the early stages, but we are more experienced and played our roles well. Today's victory was very worthwhile for us, so I would like to praise my team.
--Today, you seemed to be able to do whatever you wanted, with an attack success rate of over 801 TP3T. How do you play like that?
Kovacevic: I don't know (laughs), but I try to give my best in every game, and I really want the team to win.
-You are a very technical player and I think there are many things that Japanese players can learn from you. Do you have any advice for them?
Kovacevic: The Japanese national team is also a great team. They have great players like Ishikawa. I played with Ishikawa in Modena. You should model yourselves on Ishikawa, not me (laughs). He's a good guy and a good player.
